Most styles are in stock and ready to ship!

For "made to order" items such as jewelry, please allow from 1-2 weeks lead time. If you have any further questions regarding out of stock items or you need an expedited order, feel free to contact us here.

PLEASE CONSIDER

  1. In international shipments, Customs may generate a longer delivery time. Please allow for additional time for any unforeseen Customs delays.

  2. Shipping time does not include processing and handling time.

  3. Orders can take 3-5 business days to fulfill. During high volume seasons, fulfilling your order may take up to 7 business days.

  4. Shipping times are reflected after the order has been fulfilled and picked up by the post office, that means your shipping time frame applies once the post office has your package. However, in some cases we can accommodate a faster fulfillment, just send us an e-mail to mariacalavera.us@gmail.com

  5. María Calavera or its representatives are not responsible for delays or handling on the Postal Service or any other shipping services.

  6. Import duties, taxes or any other applying Customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are responsibility of the buyer.

Things happen and we understand. If you are not satisfied with your order, or if a product arrives damaged please contact us within the next 5 natural days upon your order's arrival through an email to mariacalavera.us@gmail.com

    Signs of use | Deliberate Damage  | Stains | Scratches | Foreign Odors | Pet Hair 

  2. All items must be returned in new condition.

  3. Returned items are sent at the buyer's expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  4. All international sales are final.
